If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of a unused product within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item Infohubme will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order). Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

Infohubme will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

Event Cancellation and Refund Policies

To reduce last-minute cancellations and the risk of “chargebacks” from customers, Infohubme customers agree to your cancellation and refund policy.

To receive a refund, customers must notify at least 4 days before the start of the event. In all other instances, only a store credit is issued.

1. Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 72 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class.
2. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the class date/time may not receive a refund nor a transfer. When you register for a class, you agree to these terms.
